Hi everybody! Many of you have asked me what type of music I like. Well I have a wide variety of taste. I like everything from Southern Rock, Bluegrass,Texas Fiddle Music to Jazz. Lynryd Skynyrd, 38 Special, Marshall Tucker Band, Allman Brothers, Raschal Flats, Andy Giggs, Amos Moses Band, The Quebe Sisters, James Taylor just to name a few. My all time favorite will always be my late Uncle Dick Brown who got me hooked on guitar music when I was just a kid. Favorite Singers: My Uncle Tom Brown hands down my favorite. John Askew my brother in-law a close second. Allison Krause, Ronnie Van Zandt, Linda Ronstadt, Garth Brooks, George Strait and Hank Jr. Favorite Songwriter: Jeffery Steele - His songs include: My Wish, What hurts the most, Hell Yeah, Me and My Gang, These Days, My town, Something to be proud of, The Cowboy in me. I think that about says it all about his songwriting. My Uncle Tom is a great songwriter too! A friend recently let me borrow a Jazz CD of a local band - The John Adams Trio - John Adams is a awesome bassist - if you are in the Dallas Ft.
